About Me

I studied art and physics and received my doctorate in physics from the University of Wisconsin — Madison in 1996.

After working for several years in the field of physics, I now work as a freelance programmer on the IceCube neutrino detector at the South Pole, and pursue projects in design and the visual arts on the site. I live in Chicago, IL, USA.
